Dusty has really been keeping us busy this year with baseball. The regular season ended last week and then Dusty was picked for All Stars. He has really come a long way this year and I honestly believe he deserved it!! We have already started practicing and our first tournament is Friday the 11th!!!
Momma has had an extremely rough time lately! She had back surgery April 11th and then surger to remove polyps from her vocal chords (again) in May. Thank goodness they turned out to be ok and not cancer. She had to go into the hospital Memorial Day with an infection in the wound from the back surgery. Thankfully she is home now and feeling much better!! Maybe we can keep her on the up and up.
One of my friends mom passed away suddenly monday night. It has really hit home!! I feel like I have kind of put my mom on the backburner and I vow to not do that anymore!! We only have one mom and she has always taken great care of me and it is time I return the favor.
We enjoyed a weekend at the lake, well with the exception to the storms we ran from. I do love it over there though, so peaceful and my kids are so in there element with being outside.
